Our programming ensures our community gets the CDC recommended 150 minutes of exercise to provide benefits for better physical and mental health, helping to combat the #1 and #5 killers in our communities - heart disease and stroke. We combat that by providing accessibility for our athletes to track workouts, strength training, recovery, long runs, nutrition classes and mental wellness workshops to help them create a better quality of life.
During the OWR program, weekly workouts help athletes get faster and increase their running endurance to prepare for a 5K, half marathon or marathon.
